  • Are all my details I input at checkout kept secure
    /What is your privacy policy?

    -Yes! We operate our webstore through Squarespace where the website traffic is encrypted via SSL providing a secure end to end connection for us and you, our customers. SSL prevents hackers from obtaining any personal info you’ve input onto our website like email address or card details. More info can be found on Squarespace.com.

    -Our payments are accepted through Paypal who monitor every transaction through their advanced encryption system. We don not store any card details or sell/offer this info to any third party websites. More info can be found on Paypal.com.

    -Nirvana Body Jewellery will never contact you asking for any sensitive or personal information. Our only correspondence with you will be through email regarding any orders placed with us.

    What can I do if an item is showing as ‘Out of Stock’?

    -Since we operate our webstore from our very own bricks & mortar piercing studio then you are welcome to get in touch via the contact box below (or any of the adjoining options) & ask us directly. Some items we may not have updated to true stock levels or may have had a delivery so just ask!

    Can I request a custom order for something I’ve seen on your studios Instagram/Facebook or for custom sizing that isn’t listed?

    Sure! We only have a little stock online at a time to be able to manage stock levels within our small team but hit up the contact box below or DM our Facebook page & we can look into providing a custom listing for you.

    Can I cancel my order?

    -If you contact us via the contact box below we will try our best to cancel the order for you but it may have already been picked & processed, so we cannot guarantee this will not have already been processed.

    -Alternatively you can call the studio on 0141 552 5706 within our opening hours Mon-Sat, 10am-5.30pm & we will try our best to help.

  • How/when will my order be shipped out?
    - Orders will be processed & picked within 2 days & shipped out from our studio via Royal Mail First Class.

    -Please allow 3-7 working days all in for your delivery.

    Do you offer International shipping or is delivery only within the UK?
    -At the moment we only offer delivery within the UK.

    What is your returns policy?

    -We send all jewellery sterilised in sealed bags for reasons of hygiene, due to this we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on jewellery where this sealed bag has been opened.

    -If we have made an error with your order or the item arrives faulty we allow 28 days for you to get in touch & we will help guide you through how to post the item back to us (still sealed in the bag) asking you to pay for the postage.
    -We will notify you once this arrives with us & send over a full refund including the postage once processed.


  • How do I know what sizes to buy?

    -
    All lengths, gauges, diameters of our jewellery is available to choose from within the product listing & accompanied by a small description of where it can be fitted.

    -There is no ‘one size fits all’ or ‘standard sizing’ for any particular piercing so if you are unsure on sizing we recommend speaking to your piercer to get an idea on the exact sizing specific to your piercings.
